Read Your Heart Out

During the month of February, many of the Madison schools participate in "Read Your Heart Out," a celebration of National African American Parental Involvement Day, literacy, and African American history. Family and community members are invited to come read books that feature African American protagonists or have African American authors and/or illustrators. This is “Read Your Heart Out” at Olson Elementary.
