Can I still place an order if my child is no longer at the school where he/she was photographed?
Yes! All orders are sent directly to the shipping address you provide. So you can order and receive photos even if your child is no longer at that school.  

Can grandparents and relatives from out of town order school photos?
Yes! We send orders to the shipping address you provide, so anyone can order and receive school photos even if they don’t live in town.

Can I send photos to multiple addresses?
Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each unique shipping address. You can only provide one shipping address at check out.

Can I use more than one image for the prints in a collection?
For Collection 1 and 2 all of your prints must be of the same image. Collection 3 and the Sibling Collection allow you to use multiple images to create the package that is just right for you. 

Do I have to purchase prints to get the digital photos?
No, you can buy the digital files a la carte. If you order two or more digital files you get 15% off when you enter the discount code “Schools2025” at checkout. Digital files are also included in Collection 3 and the Sibling Collection.

Can I order a class composite in any size?
The class composites are formatted to be printed as an 8x10. For best results order the class composite in an 8x10. If you choose to order a class composite in another size you may lose a portion of the image in the crop.

Can I pay for my order with a check or cash?
Yes! If you prefer to pay with a check or cash, please contact me. I will take your order over the phone or via email and then send you an invoice that you can mail in along with your payment.    

How long will it take my photos to arrive?
Your photos will arrive approximately 2 weeks after you place your order.

How will I get my digital files?
You will receive an email with a link to download your images. The download link goes out approximately 2-4 days after you place your order.

My download link expired, can I still download the digital images?
Yes! Just email me and I’ll send you a new download link.

Is there a deadline to order school photos?
No, BUT 10% of the profit from orders placed in the first 3 weeks goes to your child’s school. So order right away and you will also be contributing to your school.

Can I book a photo session for my whole family?
Definitely! I would love to see your whole family. You can see all the different sessions I offer and schedule your session using my online booking calendar.

Can I still order school photos from past years?
Yes! I still have all the digital images from past years. Get in contact with me and let me know the school year and school you want photos from and I’ll send you the link to the order form.
